We, along with so many wonderful instructors and coaches, are encouraging the island to move their bits this October.
Movement is so good for your health and mental wellbeing, and quote frankly, most of us probably should be moving our bits more than we are.
For just a £1 donation per booking, you can try out all kinds of movement related classes over the month of October.

Your place of work
We’re inviting businesses to Bake for Boobs. Get creative and bake your best bakes in aid of the charity. The most creative bake gets a scrumptious prize kindly donated by the Two Frenchies. Go one step further and dress up in Pink too - any excuse :o)

For absolutely everyone. 3 floors of female-led entertainment.
Laugh out loud in the Cafe (top floor) to 4 talented UK comedians.
On the main stage in the hall, we have the amazing Emily Fern, along with a 6-piece band playing floor fillers from through the years.
And down in the Pit, dance the night away with 4 local female DJ’s with a mix of music that you just can’t help but dance to.
