No experience necessary, it's all about Fun, Friendship & Fitness In Guernsey we are a mixed group of enthusiastic people who provide a great recreational facility on the island Founded in 2014, the Guernsey Walking Football Club now has over 60 regular players. We run three social sessions each week, as well as wellbeing sessions for those joining through social prescribing or living with medical conditions such as dementia or Parkinson’s. For those unfamiliar with the sport, walking football is much like the traditional game we all know and love just played at a slower pace. It’s a small-sided version of football where running is not allowed, making it accessible and enjoyable for players of all abilities.
